Self Defense: Choke Hold
Individuals always think of attackers as being strangers, however, often times, the attacker is actually someone you know. Therefore, self defense expert Janell Rogers demonstrates how to defend yourself against a choke hold from the front.
Tips
1) Always make sure to get into a strong stance 2) Attack to the weak points (in this situation, the elbows) 3) In a frontal attack you can see the person coming; put your hands out in front of you to create a barrier while using your voice: "NO!"
