A man was found dead of apparent gun shot wounds in south Kansas City on Wednesday evening.
According to police, officers responding to a report of shots fired in the area of 116th and Holiday Drive discovered the body of a black man in his late teens or early twenties.
Witnesses say that two men approached the victim, shot him and fled the scene on foot. Police believe that the suspects fled north to a house on Longview Road.
