Police have identified the two men found dead Friday in a car playing loud music in the parking lot of an apartment complex in Kansas City, Missouri.
Officers were called to investigate the loud music complaint around midnight at 11th and Garfield. When they looked inside the car where the music was coming from, officers found two men dead from gunshot wounds. Family members at the scene said the two men were cousins.
The men have since been identified as Richard Sanders, 19, and Kevin Todd, 20, both of Kansas City, Missouri.
The car they were found in is a gray, late 80's or early 90's Ford Crown Victoria. No suspect information is available. Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS hotline.
