Woman on Balcony Rescued From Two-Alarm Fire
KANSAS CITY, Kan. - A woman had to be rescued by fire fighters from her balcony on Thursday morning when a two-alarm fire broke out in her apartment complex in Kansas City, Kansas.

The fire started around 6 a.m. at the Cambridge at River Oaks apartments at 301 N. 70th Terrace. Twenty units in the building were affected by the fire, but not all of them were occupied.

When fire crews arrived, residents were already banging on other people's doors to wake them up and get them out. The woman rescued from the balcony is expected to be ok and all the residents had friends or family available to take them in.
