An Overland Park man is under arrest for being married to two women at once.
Charles L. Clemens, 61, was arrested for identity theft and bigamy. Police said he wasn't divorced from his ex when he married another woman.
Police said both women lived in the same apartment complex along 140th Street in Overland Park.
