A Kansas City woman has rescued two dogs that have mange. The dogs have a type of mange that highly contagious. Mange is a skin disease caused by parasitic mites that generally infects domestic animals like dogs.
The dogs are currently staying with a foster family until they're ready to be adopted which will likely be in about three months.
