Teens 12-16 deserve something special for the holidays, but they are often overlooked.
The teen years are difficult at best, and to be forgotten during the "Santa" season is hard. These young people are fighting many obstacles in their lives and wondering if anyone does care. Please care
.just for them.
Please help Santa by filling the sack with special gifts just for teens. Or if you prefer, place a donation in the envelope and we will shop for you. We suggest $25, but will gladly accept any amount. We can also take credit card donations if you call our office.
The Fox 4 Love Fund for Children will identify disadvantaged teens around the city, both in Kansas and Missouri. We will make sure that your special sack gets distributed to just the right teenager.
FOX 4 and Mannheim Steamroller are the honorary chairs of the 2009 Sack It for Santa program. Join Mannheim Steamroller and FOX 4 by helping us create some wonderful memories for special young people this holiday season.
Drop off your filled sacks at any participating CVS/Pharmacy by:
Monday, December 14, 2009.
You may also bring the filled sacks to FOX 4 Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., no later than December 16, 2009. The station is located at 3030 Summit, Kansas City, MO 64108.

How To Help
Go to any participating CVS Pharmarcy store to pick up a red "Sack It For Santa" gift bag. Simply fill it with items that you think a teen would love to have for Christmas and then return it to any CVS store or bring it to FOX 4. We'll make sure that each bag goes to a special teen this holiday season.
Suggested donation of $25 will fill one Sack It for Santa sack. The Love Fund for Children will accept any amount you are able to contribute. Sack It for Santa donations accepted through 12/31/09. Your donation is 100% tax deductible. No purchase necessary.
