Police are searching for the person behind the latest round of violence to hit the streets of Kansas City, Kansas. Two people were found shot near 4th and Washington on Thursday morning at the Gateway Plaza apartment complex.
A man and a woman were found at the scene. The man is in critical condition and the woman is being treated for a gunshot wound to the leg.
