Kansas City, Kansas Police are looking for a man charged in connection with a murder and attempted murder, and who police consider armed and dangerous. Police are looking for Juan Lopez and have already charged Eldier Molina in the death of Gerson Diaz-Turcios, 19.
Police said the shooting murder happened on November 13 at 18th and Central. Diaz-Turcios' brother, Jose Diaz-Turcios, was also shot. Lopez and Molina are charged with first degree murder and attempted first degree murder. Lopes is also charged with a felony charge of eluding a police officer and Molina is charged with criminal possession of a firearm.
Molina is in the Wyandotte County Jail held and police consider Lopez armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the KCK Police Department at 913-573-3000 or the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
