KANSAS CITY, MO - A Kansas City, Missouri, couple say that they were just trying to rehabilitate an old and crumbling property that was busted as a drug house nine years ago when they say that they were arrested and charged with trespassing in their own home, all thanks to a Jackson County anti-drug program. Now they are wondering why they are being treated like criminals for trying to do something positive in the neighborhood.
